Cagayan II Electric Cooperative, Inc. was established in 1978 as a private, non-stock, non-profit membership and service-oriented electric cooperative. It was registered as the 102nd electric cooperative in the Philippines, serving the municipalities of Northern Cagayan and Lower Apayao.
From humble beginnings with just a few hundred Member-Consumer-Owners, CAGELCO II has grown to become one of the leading electric distribution utilities in Region II, committed to providing reliable and affordable electricity to Cagayanos & Iapayaos .
Today, we serve over 165,427 member-consumers across 21 municipalities, with a dedicated team of 312 personnel committed to excellence in service delivery.

Reading starts every 22nd of the month until the 29th day of the same month.
Bills are generated within the day after meter reading is completed.
Payment is due 7 days after the bill generation date.
Disconnection follows 48 hours after the due date with a 2-day grace period.
Reconnection is processed within 72 hours after full payment is confirmed.
