CAGELCO II together with the Local Government Unit of Lal-lo, led the groundbreaking ceremony for the upcoming CAGELCO II Tucalana Action Center in Tucalana, Lal-lo, Cagayan on November 21, 2025.
The activity was attended by Hon. Maria Olivia B. Pascual, Vice Mayor of Lal-lo; Tucalana Brgy. Captain Gil Garcia; CAGELCO II General Manager Engr. Rudolph Q. Adviento; and the CAGELCO II Board of Directors, headed by Board Vice President Dir. Elizabeth B. Suarez.
The construction of the Tucalana Action Center is part of CAGELCO II’s continuing efforts to expand its reach and further enhance service accessibility for Member-Consumer-Owners (MCOs) in Lal-lo and its neighboring Municipalities.
Once completed, the Action Center is expected to provide a more conducive space enhancing convenience and accessibility.
This groundbreaking marks another step forward in CAGELCO II’s effort to improve its services for its MCOs.
