Energy Regulatory Commission shall conduct a VIRTUAL HEARING on ERC Case No. 2023-030CF entitled “In the Matter of the Application for the Confirmation of True-Up Calculations of Automatic Cost Adjustments implemented for the Billing Period from January 2020 to December 2022, on July 17, 2023 at two o’clock in the afternoon (2:00PM). All interested persons may be allowed to join the scheduled hearing via Zoom Application by providing the Commission, thru [email protected] with your respective e-mail addresses and indicating therein the case number of the instant Joint Application. The access link/s to the aforementioned hearing platform shall be sent by the ERC prior to the scheduled hearing.
