Originally, Gattaran Sub-Office (GATSO) was located at Magapit, Lallo but was transferred to Gattaran which is now situated at the 2nd Floor, Public Market Building, Centro, Gattaran and Magapit Action Center was created to assist the sub-office.

At present, there are 107 energized barangays in which GATSO is responsible to supply through the Magapit Substation.

The Gattaran Sub-Office (GATSO) serves the member-consumers of District VIII (Gattaran and Lasam) including Allacapan and part of Lal-lo with a total of 24, 510 household connections.
